I love the Pivotal Service! Having access to select from different vehicles to adapt to changing needs, with all of the hassle taken out of figuring out insurance, maintenance etc is a massive benefit for those who are "time poor". The Pivotal team is always professional, friendly and efficient - particular shout-out for Ashley in renewals who is always lovely to deal with!

We've subscribed to Pivotal Business for over 12 months now and are on our third vehicle, Jag iPace. The whole experience from Day One to now has been simple, professional and pleasant. I would recommend car subscription to anyone who thinks it might suit their circumstances, as a business the numbers really do stack up. Looking forward to trying the Range Rover hybrid when it comes out!

This is a service that just works perfectly. You pay your subscription fee, arrange the delivery of your chosen vehicle and drive with nothing to worry about. The vehicle is fully insured, there is a generous (1500 mile a month) mileage allowance, if the vehicle does break down (not something I have experienced) JLR roadside assistance are on hand to provide support. At the end of the subscription period it’s simply a case of handing the vehicle back and choosing another one. The Pivotal team are brilliant too - always great to deal with and keen to provide exceptional service

Jaguar Drive Pivotal is an outstanding service that really works for us. Car ownership is not what we need right now with the EV market evolving and, whereas it was one of the first luxury EVs, the iPace is still (by a good margin) one of the best 'Driver's EV's' out there. We have the choice of several Jaguar / Landrovers but this one is still the best for us. Pivotal's service is excellent. They do what they say they will do and their timings on delivery etc are always accurate. In the last year, I have had two brand new cars with less than 50 miles on the clock. Can't fault them.
