Your Pivotal vehicle is on it’s way. In order to best provide for it’s arrival we have put together a few tips on what to expect, and what you might need to know.You might have already received your first email letting you know that your vehicle has been allocated to you. Next you will receive an email confirming your vehicle delivery date and time. Here’s a few things to think about to prepare for the arrival of your Pivotal vehicle.
InControl is the system designed by Jaguar Land Rover which seamlessly links your vehicle with you via a mobile app. The key benefits of InControl are for the safety of your vehicle, as well as being functionally useful for the driver.
The critical safety features include the ability to both alert you, and help us to recover your vehicle in the unlikely event of a theft.
Functionally, InControl allows you to interact with your vehicle from your phone. The features include: remotely locking and unlocking your vehicle, checking fuel/range levels, and the ability to control the internal temperature prior to your entry.
Around one working day before your delivery date, you’ll receive an email from [email protected]. This will allow you to follow the steps to register an account which is connected to your new vehicle.

If you are receiving a Jaguar I-PACE or a Plug-In Hybrid, the vehicle comes with a type 2 cable as standard. If you are in need of a domestic 3-Pin charging cable, we would be more than happy to facilitate this for you at an additional charge.

As part of our aim to remain flexible, we’re happy to facilitate changes to the delivery date of your vehicle with at least two working days’ notice at no extra cost.
You are more than welcome to cancel or change your delivery date within two working days’ notice, however this will incur a cancellation fee. If you need to make any changes to your delivery, please get in contact with us and we can help you through the process.
