Car Subscription by Jaguar and Land Rover

Have used pivotal since it’s launch. This has been one of the few 5star car services. Hassle free, people to help and advise, selections of cars. Have tried pretty much most of the range over the past couple of years. Financially this stacks up - no deposit and hand car back when you want. About to take my 5th new car. Huge thanks to the team behind the scenes and Ashley who helped with my most recent vehicle. Keep it up. Great service.

From the initial application online to discussing the Blue tier models and delivery timescales then completing the forms again online and paying the subscription fee were easy and straightforward. Car choice in the tier was limited but I did want a hybrid engine and still had a choice of colours. Car arrived a month later and handover again was easy.

Comms to the Pivotal team were quick and answers provided first time.Have been using the car now for a few days and managed to link the car to OVO's Charge Anytime App and my HyperVolt charger with a bit of setting up of the schedules. Would recommend for anyone looking for a decent subscription service!

Customer service is second to none. I am so sure I will be back to Pivotal as I’ve only paused my subscription for now. Samantha particularly was just amazing. Never an enquiry or problem ignored.Always solved in a timely manner with as little disruption to me as possible. So nice to have such good communication. I’m quite smitten with this company. Don’t think I’ve ever said that before.

I have only been with Pivotal for 2 weeks, but so far they have been super helpful and responsive.

Its a very different way of driving luxury vehicles and i started a little apprehensive, but everyone dealing with me has been excellent, Harry and Georgia in particular.

Always great service from the Team at Pivotal and especially to Ashley for answering the dozens of question I've hit her with and Erika in the accounts department. I have now had 2 Jaguar iPace's on the subscription service over the last 15 months and the experience has been great.

However, I have now decided to upgrade to a Range Rover Sport Hybrid simply because the charging infrastructure in the UK is totally inadequate. So, it's a Hybrid for me from now on.

Recently delivered car. Brand new Discovery. As of today I cannot fault the team. The customer service is excellent and everyone seems to care. They are professional, friendly and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother transition. If the service stays like this I see myself staying with the company for a long time.
